Common Questions About Ordering From Us

How much will it cost to ship to my address?

Simply add the items that you want to order to your online shopping cart.  You will be presented a total that includes shipping and handling charges BEFORE you commit to placing your order.

What do the different order status messages mean?

Pending - We are waiting on payment for this order.  eChecks from PayPal typically take an additional 4-5 days due to PayPal holds on these type payments.

Confirmed - We have received your payment and your order is in the queue to be processed and shipped.

Partially Shipped - We have shipped part of your order.  Software key delivery is commonly emailed/shipped separately.

Shipped - Your order has been fully processed and shipped.

Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled for various reasons.

Refunded - Your order has been cancelled and a refund was issued.

Is USPS Priority Mail the only shipping method?

By default, yes.  However, you may request a different shipping method/carrier if you contact us before you order.  In most circumstances, we can accommodate these requests.  We normally will send a PayPal invoice to you to pay the upgraded shipping charges.

Are there any limits on International orders?

Yes.  The USPS limits the value of a single package to $400.00 USD.  Please split your order into multiple orders, or, we will send a PayPal invoice to you for the secondary shipments over the $400.00USD value.
